Our experienced staff serve as professional helpers. We will do your errands, the “to-do’s” on your list and make your personal arrangements at the same time. In short Isle of Man Concierge can be your meeting and event planner, errand runner, personal shopper and delivery person. For those services that we are unable to provide in house we outsource to the most reputable on the Island within the appropriate industry.
Demand is currently high for our services assisting with relocation to the Isle of Man.
For example, we deal with all of the Islands Estates Agents but we also have a selection of private farm/land sales where we have met with the Islands planning authority on behalf of the land owner and held provisional discussions regarding building opportunities.
Once the suitable property has been obtained we can assist with issues such as changing to Isle of Man Mortgage lenders to obtain further tax relief and ensuring the appropriate tax advice is in place.
Using our contacts we are able to manage your move to the Island effectively and efficiently.
Following your move you may require adhoc services as required or a more tailored package to fit you personal or business requirements. New residents to the Isle of Man can rely on our judgement as to the best fit and most reputable firms to service their needs.
